Bridging Loan & Project Financing, Senior Executive

To execute and operate the daily BAU activities of Corporate & Commercial Loan documentation and To ensure compliance and consistent quality with overall operational procedures, internal / external policies, guidelines / regulations to meet the agreed TAT / SLA / KPI at all times.

Job Responsibilities

• Continually seek improvements to reduce operating cost for the unit.
• Consistently maintain quality service delivery within TAT.
• Ensure timely processing by the team to meet / exceed business expectation.
• Proactive follow up Relationship Manager and business partners (Solicitor / Valuer / Developer) on documentation required for drawdown.
• Execute and operate all related bridging Loan & HDA withdrawa processes.
• Ensure all documents are validated and complied with all policies / procedures and in adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Continually seek improvement to shorter processing time and eliminate waste process element.
• Update and review various reports, tracking sheets for Management.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the Management.
• Take ownership of self-development by identifying skill gaps & pursing on job training in bridging Loan and HDA withdrawa.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team to enhance collective expertise.
