Penerangan pekerjaanParticipate in administrative activities related to teaching & learning, and examination-related matters Contribute to student enrichment activities and school committees as and when required Candidate must have a minimum Master's degree in Psychology or relevant field from a recognized University. Preferred areas of teaching and research expertise in Psychology such as Social Psychology, Counseling and relevant areas. Experience working in the higher education environment and a track record of teaching experience and professional knowledge of curriculum development or good record of professional experience with evidence of coaching and mentoring and high quality of presentation skills Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in the facilitation of teaching and learning. Able to use software blended in the teaching is preferred.

- Undertake teaching and teaching-related duties such as design, preparation, and development of teaching materials; conduct classes / lectures, tutorials, and practicals; consultation with students, invigilation, marking, and assessment
- Establish and maintain high standards of teaching and effective learning to meet the College's teaching and learning expectations
