Base pay range

Basic Salary + Attractive Commissions Scheme (RM4,000 - RM8,000)

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on various beauty products and services to the customers.
  • Drive sales to meet sales' targets.
  • Able to perform the superior service of required facial / body treatment for customers.
  • Able to do skin analysis & consultation – Suggest facial and products for customers.
  • Friendly & Efficient – Provide the best service and possess good customer relations skill with all customers.
  • Promote and make sales of products / facials / body treatment / top-ups / etc.
  • Built up a strong connection with customers, appointment follow-up and communicated with them regularly about upcoming product launches and sales promotions.
  • Offer excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain product knowledge, and keep up with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Required language(s) : English and Mandarin. Need to liaise with multilingual speaking colleagues and clients to complete daily tasks.
  • Min 1 - 3 years experience in beauty sales consultation or beauty specialist, preferably in beauty salon or relevant industry.
  • Able to meet the sales target and a self-driven person.
  • Proactive and pleasant looking.
