Technical Sales Engineer (KL / Penang)

As a Technical Sales Engineer at JF Tech, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market reach and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Your expertise will help promote and position our cutting‑edge products to targeted customers, ensuring that they receive outstanding value and service. As a trusted advisor, you’ll not only build relationships and close deals but also provide top‑tier first‑level application support to ensure customer success with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customers, territory, and time effectively with a sense of urgency.
  • Provide timely technical support with a sense of urgency, energizing customers through better planning, ROI, and follow‑up.
  • Act as the first contact for customer complaints and feedback.
  • Follow up on after‑service programs to ensure customer satisfaction and capture customer voices.
  • Identify and suggest continuous improvement for existing products or based on customer input weekly.
  • Maximize value for customers, distributors, and sales channel partners through professional selling and services.
  • Prepare timely sales and technical service reports.
  • Support cross‑functional activities with relevant departments.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Open only to Malaysian citizens.
  • Two positions available at Petaling Jaya and Penang.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (manufacturing, testing, assembly, QA / QC, or equivalent).
  • Technical sales or application experience is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively locally and internationally.
  • Independent self‑starter with ability to work in a cross‑functional team.
