Senior Production Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Lead Continuous Improvement : Apply Lean principles to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and enhance production efficiency and quality.

Optimize Inventory : Maintain work-in-progress (WIP) levels that keep production flowing smoothly and reliably.

Deliver With Excellence : Align production output to the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to consistently meet or exceed delivery goals.

Resolve Challenges Quickly : Partner with teams to resolve late orders and keep production on track.

Champion Safety : Foster a safety-first culture that creates a healthy, secure workplace for everyone.

Sustain 5S Excellence : Maintain clean, organized, and efficient assembly areas by promoting strong 5S practices.

Develop and Empower Teams : Mentor assembly leaders and build multi-skilled, adaptable teams ready to grow and succeed.

For This Role, You Will Need :

• Education : A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial disciplines.
• Experience : 3–5 years in mass production or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Leadership : Ability to inspire, guide, and support production teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
