Plan, organize, monitor and manage workers, tradesmen and subcon effectively
Plan, organize, monitor and report usage of machinery
Check machinery maintenance and ensuring that machines are serviced regularly
Prepare daily and weekly activities to achieve targeted progress
Monitor and Record of daily construction activities, progress and report to Superiors
Monitor, record and report of material usage and wastage
Ensuring correct and quality in construction works
Execute tasks in accordance to project planning
Ensuring site activities are completed within budget and duration
Study drawings and organize works into manageable tasks for workers, tradesmen and subcon
Checking prelim, interim and final works against Drawings
Conduct meetings and taking minutes where necessary
Implementing company’s quality and safety objectives
Liaise with Client, Consultants, Authorities & Subcon
Carry out any other tasks assigned by Superiors
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in construction, e.g. familiar with geotechnical work
Potential candidate who inspired to be Assistant or Project Manager are encouraged to apply
Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD or equivalent
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiar of construction regulations, codes, and industry best practices
Possess good problem-solving, decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Possesses a valid driving license and has own transport
