JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a primary liaison between Skechers Malaysia HQ and assigned franchises, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Support growth and profitability of franchise retail stores by coordinating with merchandising teams to determine appropriate product assortments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to plan and execute mall marketing campaigns for assigned locations. Help with marketing plans that bring in more customers and sales.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on ongoing payment collections from franchisees.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Identify and resolve franchise retail operation issues promptly with practical solutions.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with statutory, corporate, and brand standards.
  • Guide franchisees in improving sales conversion rates and achieving performance metrics.
  • Oversee adherence to store merchandising guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
  • Ensure product selections reflect consumer profiles, competition and store formats.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance analysis with franchisees.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of store visits including photographic documentation and checklists.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in retail management, franchise operations or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with franchisees and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel to visit franchise stores across Malaysia.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of franchise business models is an added advantage.
