JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a primary liaison between Skechers Malaysia HQ and assigned franchises, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Support growth and profitability of franchise retail stores by coordinating with merchandising teams to determine appropriate product assortments.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to plan and execute mall marketing campaigns for assigned locations. Help with marketing plans that bring in more customers and sales.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on ongoing payment collections from franchisees.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Identify and resolve franchise retail operation issues promptly with practical solutions.
- Ensure franchisees comply with statutory, corporate, and brand standards.
- Guide franchisees in improving sales conversion rates and achieving performance metrics.
- Oversee adherence to store merchandising guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure product selections reflect consumer profiles, competition and store formats.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance analysis with franchisees.
- Maintain comprehensive records of store visits including photographic documentation and checklists.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or any relevant field.Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in retail management, franchise operations or related roles.Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and merchandising principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with franchisees and internal teams.Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.Willingness to travel to visit franchise stores across Malaysia.Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of franchise business models is an added advantage.
