Associate / Senior Associate, Business Continuity Management - Risk

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in BCM, DR, or a related risk management role. Professional certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) or MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute) are highly desirable. Strong understanding of BCM and DR principles, frameworks, and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in using BCM and DR software tools and technologies. Analytical and innovative thinking abilities, and has the drive and perseverance to inculcate a sound risk management culture. Self‑starter, work independently with limited guidance, solution orientated and team player. Good written, presentation skills and communication skills with the ability to interact and engage with stakeholders. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio), Share‑Point, and risk management systems. Ability to work effectively in a virtual and dynamic environment. Commercial awareness and ability to provide sound advice in risk related matters. Monthly eWallet allowance. Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Manager, BCM in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive BCM and DR strategies and plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate and facilitate BCM and DR training, testing, and exercises to ensure preparedness across the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate BCM and DR plans into their operational processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of BCM and DR plans, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to BCM and DR.
- Support incident response and crisis management activities as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of BCM and DR plans, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders on BCM and DR matters.
