Job Description :

• Assist Project Manager to manage and monitor of all assigned projects from design planning to project execution stage with the required standard and within time-cost budget
• Oversee the projects execution processes with meeting the project objectives / goals
• Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion of all assigned projects include overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects
• Liaison with the relevant authorities, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects
• Conduct sites inspection on regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule
• Ensure regular progress meetings are organised with consultants, main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers to review the progress of the projects and keep the management team fully informed of issues and progress
• Manage changes and escalate timely in anticipation of any potential project issues that could impact projects and schedule
