Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Project Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing training projects, coordinating with clients and trainers, ensuring the timely delivery of training programs, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Additional tasks include scheduling, documentation, and providing support to the training team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or training support.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, tables, basic charts, data validation).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and participants.
