Key Responsibilities(主要职责)

  • Develop and improve internal training systems, including onboarding, business skills training, and leadership development programs
  • Lead training needs analysis and formulate annual training plans
  • Design and deliver blended training programs combining online and offline methods
  • Manage internal and external trainers and vendors to ensure training quality and budget control
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, promoting the application of learning outcomes in daily work

Support corporate culture building and the development of employee empowerment initiatives

搭建并完善内部培训体系,包括入职培训、业务技能培训及管理者发展项目

  • 主导培训需求调研,制定并推动年度培训计划的落实
  • 设计并实施线上线下结合的多样化培训课程
  • 管理内外部讲师及供应商,确保培训质量及预算控制
  • 跟进培训效果评估,促进学习成果有效应用于工作实践
  • 支持企业文化建设,推动员工赋能体系的搭建
  • Requirements(任职要求)

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training or learning & development, with management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of training system design and program planning, with proven skills in course development and delivery
  • Excellent communication, organizational, coordination, and data analysis skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, capable of independently designing and delivering bilingual training content
  • 本科及以上学历,优先考虑人力资源、教育、心理学相关专业
  • 具备至少5年以上培训或学习发展工作经验,有管理经验者优先
  • 熟悉培训体系建设与项目策划,具备课程设计与执行能力
  • 具备优秀的沟通表达、组织协调及数据分析能力
  • 中英文听说读写流利,能够独立设计及开展双语培训课程
