Key Responsibilities(主要职责)
- Develop and improve internal training systems, including onboarding, business skills training, and leadership development programs
- Lead training needs analysis and formulate annual training plans
- Design and deliver blended training programs combining online and offline methods
- Manage internal and external trainers and vendors to ensure training quality and budget control
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, promoting the application of learning outcomes in daily work
Support corporate culture building and the development of employee empowerment initiatives
搭建并完善内部培训体系,包括入职培训、业务技能培训及管理者发展项目
主导培训需求调研,制定并推动年度培训计划的落实设计并实施线上线下结合的多样化培训课程管理内外部讲师及供应商,确保培训质量及预算控制跟进培训效果评估,促进学习成果有效应用于工作实践支持企业文化建设,推动员工赋能体系的搭建Requirements(任职要求)
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience in training or learning & development, with management experience preferredStrong knowledge of training system design and program planning, with proven skills in course development and deliveryExcellent communication, organizational, coordination, and data analysis skillsProficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, capable of independently designing and delivering bilingual training content本科及以上学历,优先考虑人力资源、教育、心理学相关专业具备至少5年以上培训或学习发展工作经验,有管理经验者优先熟悉培训体系建设与项目策划,具备课程设计与执行能力具备优秀的沟通表达、组织协调及数据分析能力中英文听说读写流利,能够独立设计及开展双语培训课程
