Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Operations Analyst to support the digital ecosystem and advertisement operations of a global job search platform. The role focuses on web crawler maintenance, job ad data quality, and sales support initiatives in the English-speaking APAC region (Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crawler performance tickets, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates.
- Take immediate actions on crawler-related alerts (e.g., disabling crawlers for suspicious activity).
Assist sales teams with :
Setting up new client job feed integrations.
Processing government job posting requests.Addressing job feed-related technical issues.Develop new crawlers based on team and stakeholder requests.
Diagnose crawler errors and ensure crawled job ads meet data quality standards.
Work with internal tools to maintain over 200+ crawler tasks weekly.Escalate complex technical issues to the crawling specialists team.
Support projects that aim to expand job ad coverage.
Identify and verify new target websites for crawling.Skills & Requirements
Proficient in HTML, XPath, and regular expressions; basic Ruby scripting is a plus.Familiar with basic to intermediate SQL (e.g., SELECT, JOIN).Strong in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas).Logical problem-solver with strong common sense and ability to self-prioritize.Comfortable with internal communication via Slack, email, and team meetings.Able to work independently and knows when to escalate issues.Experience or interest in automation and use of LLMs is advantageous.Work Environment & Benefits
