As an Operations Analyst at Flipster

You will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, focusing on leveraging data and automation to enhance efficiency and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong technical background who is eager to use a variety of tools, including AI, to innovate our operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain scripts and APIs (e.g., Zendesk, Slack) to automate tasks, connect disparate systems, and ensure seamless data flow.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on structured and unstructured data, such as user tickets and campaign metrics, to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert in AI prompting, applying best practices to generate and refine code for automation, analyze qualitative data, and streamline complex tasks.
• Design and implement intelligent automations and workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across all teams.
• Manage and optimize key platforms like Zendesk, utilizing your expertise to create and maintain robust ticketing, LiveChat, and Answer Bot systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth functioning of the operations team.
