Maintain and compile employee's records (Attendance, Leaves, Saturday working schedule) and data entry.
Manage office supplies inventory (workers' uniforms and shoes) and place orders as needed.
Manage filing of department documents.
Manage general administration tasks such as couriering documents to HQ.
Manage outgoing and incoming couriers, and pass them to respective recipients.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
Run errands as assigned when necessary.
Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as required.
Job Requirements
Possess minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in relevant fields.
Minimum 1 year related working experience. Preferable those with working experience in factory / site.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Possess good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (need to communicate with external counterparts).
Possess high level of confidentiality, responsibility, fast learner and self-discipline.
Willing to work at Bestari Jaya (Mon-Fri and Alternate Saturdays half day).
