- Arrange daily payments via bank transfers, cheques, or remittances
- Perform accounting entries for vendor invoices and daily receipts
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of records
- Support general administrative tasks related to the Finance Department
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
