Job Description

Homex Information Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries and leads.
  • Serve clients and accompany potential buyers for property viewings, including site visits and show galleries.
  • Provide expert suggestions and personalized advice to buyers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated on the latest property trends and information in Kuala Lumpur to guide clients effectively.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Chinese and local clients.
  • Proven property sales experience with a strong understanding of the Kuala Lumpur property market.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Will work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated, committed and result‑oriented.
  • Ready to start work immediately; short notice will be an advantage.
