Homex Information Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will :

Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries and leads.
Serve clients and accompany potential buyers for property viewings, including site visits and show galleries.
Provide expert suggestions and personalized advice to buyers based on their needs and preferences.
Stay updated on the latest property trends and information in Kuala Lumpur to guide clients effectively.
Build strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Chinese and local clients.

Proven property sales experience with a strong understanding of the Kuala Lumpur property market.

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Will work on weekends and public holidays.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Self‑motivated, committed and result‑oriented.

Ready to start work immediately; short notice will be an advantage.
