Job Summary : The Office Admin will be responsible for despatch, bulk printing, set up and inspection of all meeting rooms and other administrative tasks as required. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient office support services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support : Assisting in office tasks such as photocopying, bulk printing, delivery and collection of office documents and distribution of incoming mail.
  • Assisting Staff : Providing support to staff for various tasks as required, including setting up meeting rooms.
  • Miscellaneous Duties : Performing other related duties as assigned by the SEA Operations Services Director.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to lift and carry office supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
