Overview
As a Kick-ass Customer Inbound Call Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will work with the Innovations team to support the growth of the company. You will answer customer inquiries about the products and services we offer and provide immediate resolution to their issue or concern in a timely and polite manner. Alongside our branding & marketing team, this role shines a light on the holistic services we offer in the realm of fire safety.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all calls to the company hotline.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner via phone.
- Thoroughly gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent future contacts, and document interactions through contact tracking.
- Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, and prepare reports.
- Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and inform customers about new product features and functionalities.
Job Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Organizational and coordinating skills; ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism.Ability to work in a high volume, high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar.Strong listening and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask.About The Job
