Established in 1999, VISTA Eye Specialist is a leading eye specialist practice in Malaysia with 16 centers across Malaysia, employing modern technology and clinical expertise to help people to see from "Blur to Clear". Vacancies at Petaling Jaya, Klang, Johor Bahru (Mount Austin & Sutera Utama), Penang (Bukit Mertajam)

Responsibilities

  • Patients' education, i.e consultation
  • Patients' registration, appointment scheduling & follow-up
  • Coordinating & scheduling surgeries
  • Attend to patients' needs
  • Ensure smooth patients flow
  • Assist in marketing activities such as roadshows occasionally
  • Statistic reports

Qualifications & experience

  • Degree / Diploma holder with 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Pro-active & able to learn speedily
  • Team player
  • Adaptive
  • Experience in medical or healthcare industry would be an advantage
  • Salary will commensurate with experience
