Mandarin-speaking Assistance Advisor (Travel & Healthcare)

Help customers in need, coordinate care with hospitals, and solve travel and health issues in real time across APAC, working with regional teams and gaining cross-border exposure.

What you will do

• Handle inbound / outbound calls and emails in Mandarin and English
• Explain policy coverage and claims; triage urgent medical / travel cases
• Coordinate hospital admissions, guarantees of payment (GOP), and medical transfers
• Liaise with providers (hospitals, clinics, airlines) and our assistance network
• Log cases in CRM; follow through to resolution; escalation when needed, and share ideas to improve CX
