Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Portfolio Management Department ("PMD") in the execution of departmental goals and contribute to sales campaigns in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide support in feedback collection for product improvement through communication with FIs and non-FIs.
- Contribute to periodic business reviews and analysis of Portfolio Guarantee (PG) / Wholesale Guarantee (WG) performance under supervision.
- Assist in collaboration with partner banks to optimize portfolio ECL and enhance eligibility criteria.
- Support the generation and analysis of reports on Portfolio Guarantee performance, business income, and NPL reviews.
- Assist in financial institution query resolution, performance reviews, and ad hoc signing ceremonies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain positive relationships with FIs and non-FIs.
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
