Job Description
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process by providing clear comparisons, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on automotive industry terms, product updates, new inventory, vehicle features, and accessories.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective buyers.
- Arrange and conduct test drives in line with dealership procedures, ensuring proper identification is obtained.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are cleaned, fueled, and fully operational prior to customer handover.
- Support the inspection and evaluation of pre-owned vehicles.
- Handle and submit all required documentation for bank loan applications.
- Personally deliver vehicles to customers, explaining key operational features, warranty coverage, and all relevant documentation.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.Able to operate and test-drive both manual and automatic vehicles, including cars and motorcycles.Willing to travel for customer appointments outside the inspection hub.Solid understanding of various car brands, models, and automotive systems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Valid Class B2 and Class D driving licenses.Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays, as required.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Job Type : Full-time
