Proton Sales Advisor, Sales Department

Job Description

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process by providing clear comparisons, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay updated on automotive industry terms, product updates, new inventory, vehicle features, and accessories.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct test drives in line with dealership procedures, ensuring proper identification is obtained.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are cleaned, fueled, and fully operational prior to customer handover.
• Support the inspection and evaluation of pre-owned vehicles.
• Handle and submit all required documentation for bank loan applications.
• Personally deliver vehicles to customers, explaining key operational features, warranty coverage, and all relevant documentation.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
