Responsibilities

The RMA (Return Material Authorization) Administrator coordinates repair orders for Keysight products between the field and the factory. As part of the After Market Services (AMS) team, this role supports a growing global customer base and works with the Customer Service, Technical Support, and Sales teams across all Ixia business divisions. The right candidate is customer focused, communicates effectively, is detail oriented, and has experience with Oracle or similar CRM / ERP systems.

  • Process RMA order requests in SFDC
  • Manage all customer RMA related instructions, status requests, and follow-up correspondence
  • Coordinate with RMA technicians on order shipment and repair schedules
  • Collaborate with shipping to expedite order shipments
  • Work with Receiving to resolve receipt issues pertaining to RMA orders
  • Field requests for problem history, verification of ownership, warranty, etc.
  • Verify inventory availability for order fulfillment
  • Close RMAs and service requests
  • Create export documentation for RMA shipments as necessary
  • Interface with stakeholders across the Operations management team
  • Other assignments as identified by management as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in RMA Administration, Customer Service or Order Entry
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Responsive and empathetic to customer needs
  • Ability to handle long periods of computer usage
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong planning, time management, and decision-making abilities
  • Capable of managing projects efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong teamwork skills in support of department goals
  • SFDC (Salesforce.com) knowledge is a plus
  • Location and Relocation

    Candidates must be local or willing to relocate / commute to Bayan Lepas.
