Responsibilities
The RMA (Return Material Authorization) Administrator coordinates repair orders for Keysight products between the field and the factory. As part of the After Market Services (AMS) team, this role supports a growing global customer base and works with the Customer Service, Technical Support, and Sales teams across all Ixia business divisions. The right candidate is customer focused, communicates effectively, is detail oriented, and has experience with Oracle or similar CRM / ERP systems.
