Job Responsibilities
a) Product Knowledge & Expertise
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's consumable product portfolio
- Understand product specifications, materials, sterility standards, shelf life, and usage protocols
- Stay informed on updates or modifications to the product line and communicate them clearly to customers and internal teams
b) Clinical Support & Education
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops and product demonstrations for medical and paramedical staff in hospitals, clinicals, and other healthcare settingsProvide guidance on proper product usage to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with hospital productsSupport product trials, including preparation, data collection, and feedback analysis to ensure a smooth evaluation processc) Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and align product offerings to meet those needsAssist in preparing product proposals, technical documents, and responses to tenders or bids, including compliance with technical specificationsHelp in resolving product-related objections and offer clinical insights to drive purchasing decisionsd) Market intelligence
Identify opportunities for product improvements or the development of new consumables based on gaps in the marketRegularly gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance, unmet needs, and emerging trendsJob Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in medical devices, consumables, or pharmaceutical sales / clinical supportBachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Life Sciences of related fieldGood presentation and public speaking abilities with ability to train and engage diverse healthcare audiences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
