We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Account Manager to manage key client portfolios and support their business growth. About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Account Manager to manage key client portfolios and support their business growth. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact via email and online platforms.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and proactive support.

Performance & Growth Management

  • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor client performance.
  • Provide suggestions and insights to help clients improve engagement and revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Reporting & Data Management

  • Use CRM tools to track client activity, product usage, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Share client insights with internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • Support business initiatives through proposals, presentations, and documentation.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management , Client Relations , or Customer Success roles.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) .
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • English proficiency is required. Fluent in Mandarin (essential for client communication). Cantonese is an advantage.
