- Provide administrative support for the executive
- Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Assist teams with various administrative tasks
- Answer questions and requests from clients to provide information
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mails
- Handle client complaints and issues
- Maintain departmental records by collecting and updating information; establish and maintain files and records for the office
- Process end-of-day reports
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
