As an E-commerce Executive, you will take ownership of our product presence online. Your mission is to manage and optimise our official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok, ensuring all customer-facing content is accurate, engaging, and drives sales.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire product lifecycle on e-commerce platforms, including uploading new items and performing backend maintenance.
- Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions based on provided information.
- Edit and optimise product images for a compelling online presentation.
- Monitor and plan sales, inventory levels, and shipping logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Ensure all product information, including pricing and specifications, is consistent and accurate across all platforms.
- Other duties as assigned in office administrative duties to support E-commerce.
What We're Looking For
Essential : Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is required for effective collaboration with our headquarters in Taiwan.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in E-Commerce implementation and management, or a similar role.Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and complex tasks management skills.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and graphic editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or similar).A genuine passion for video gamesWhat We Offer
