Your Role in VT Markets

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Administrator to support the development and operationalization of a Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing Department of a leading brokerage. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project delivery. You will be instrumental in driving best practices, aligning teams on performance standards, and overseeing key marketing projects to execution.

Your responsibilities will include :

Center of Excellence (CoE) Development :

• Support the design and implementation of the Marketing CoE framework, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
• Establish and document standardized processes, templates, and best practices across content, campaigns, performance marketing, brand, SEO, CRM, and analytics functions.
• Champion knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across marketing teams.
• Drive the adoption of tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-functional training and onboarding programs to upskill team members and embed CoE practices.
