Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand value and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Lead and motivate the team to achieve organization sales targets.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to top management.Establish strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.Identify and develop new business opportunities that contribute to overall revenue growth with established partnerships or collaborations that open doors to new markets or customer segments.Marketing StrategyPlan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract target customers.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation efforts to build a strong online presence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials, digital content, and educational resources.Performance AnalysisAnalyze sales data and marketing effectiveness to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance.Compliance & EthicsEnsure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and / or marketing management. Experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.Interested candidate may apply online or send your resume to joyce@ talentrecruit.com.my.
