Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients. Client Relationship Management Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Market Research Monitor competitors activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Recruitment Coordination Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate status. Reporting and Documentation Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback. Networking and Events Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry or a similar field. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Good understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Personal Attributes : High level of professionalism and integrity. Strong problem-solving abilities. Adaptable and resilient under pressure. Full-time position. Office-based with occasional travel to client sites and networking events. Flexible working hours may be required to meet client needs and sales targets.

Job Description
- Client Acquisition
Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote the agency and expand professional networks.
Job Requirements
1. Required Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Experience in a recruitment agency or human resources environment.
