We specialize in Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RED), building strong brand stories that connect with audiences and drive results.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist who can take the lead in content creation, campaign strategy, and creative direction. This is not just an execution role — we need someone with leadership potential, who can guide team members, plan campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to life.

You'll be the go-to person for content quality, creative strategy, and social media trends, with the opportunity to grow into a Content Lead (CL) role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (RED), and other platforms.
  • Develop creative strategies that align with client goals (F&B, beauty, retail, lifestyle industries).
  • Guide junior content creators on ideas, scripts, and execution.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and campaign planning with the team.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
  • Work with internal teams (Account Managers, KOL, Ads team) to ensure campaign success.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms.
  • Occasionally assist with shooting direction (short-form videos, commercials, PR campaigns).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation / digital marketing.
  • Strong creative sense — proven experience in TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (RED).
  • Familiar with F&B, beauty, or lifestyle industry content is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills (able to guide others).
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, storytelling, and campaign planning.
  • Able to work under deadlines, adapt quickly, and think outside the box.
  • Bonus : Shooting, editing, or production background.
