Executive Assistant - Kuala Lumpur

Overview

Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to Partners in Kuala Lumpur. The role includes calendar management, travel coordination, and business development activities, with a focus on strong organization and effective communication. Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management & Travel Arrangement : Strategic calendar management for Partners, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating complex travel and accommodation with our external provider, and grouping client meetings where possible. Business Development : Develop rapport with client assistants, assist with commercial effectiveness initiatives, manage CRM and Certinia updates, review marketing campaigns for targeted follow-up, prepare letters / proposals using Oliver Wyman formatting, and coordinate Tender bidding / submission. Daily Administration : Arrange visas / work permits in collaboration with Human Capital and Mobility, manage documents and project deliverables, serve as central point of contact for Partner administrative needs, prepare monthly timesheets and expense reports, and work with iProcurement for PO creation and vendor payments. Team Support : Provide coverage for EAs to ensure seamless support to Partners. Experience and Qualifications

5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in financial services, management consultancy, or professional services is a plus. Fluency in English (written and verbal) required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Excellent CRM knowledge is advantageous. Skills and Attributes
