Software Tester (Night-Shift based on US time)

Overview

Our client is seeking three (3) headcounts of experienced and independent Software Tester with exceptional problem solving and communications skills in delivering smooth user experience in their mobile applications. This opportunity requires following US work hours to collaborate with remote colleagues and maintain a full 40-hour work week, five days from Monday to Friday.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system
• Understand and represent customer needs in product feedback discussions
• Customer centric mindset to come up with test scenarios that test much more than stated use cases.
• Participate in release management and post deployment testing
• Use bug tracking tools to identify, prioritize, and track defects across different platforms.
• Design test plans, write test cases, and review functional requirement documentation specific to each platform.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, i.e. web / Android / iOS developers, QAs, product management, and design team to understand platform-specific requirements and to ensure consistent quality standards across platforms. Ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
