To oversee and facilitate the training programs for sales and aftersales staff within the network. This role exists to ensure that PROTON Edar network are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively engage with customers, sell automotive products, and provide high-quality aftersales services. By developing a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, the Training Head of Department contributes to the division's overall success by enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Reviews existing training programs, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and / or to meet the changing needs of Sales and After Sales Division and optimize the budget utilization
