Responsibilities : -
- Process monthly payroll for automotive division or any other assigned companies in an accurate and efficient manner
- Remit all applicable statutory deductions eg. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, EIS, HRDCorp and etc. accurately before the stipulated timeline
- Take prompt action and follow-up on staff movement cases including transfers, confirmation, resignation etc.
- To set up personnel files for new joiners, maintain up-to-date filing of employment related records / documents in the personnel file, up to the point an employee leaves the company
- Support the IR Manager on data gathering for disciplinary cases and performance improvement plan cases
- Support Rewards Team during Annual Review Exercise by preparing the Annual Review Template, letters etc.
- Response to staff queries in a timely manner and participate in ad-hoc / special projects assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements : -
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalentMinimum 1 - 2 years of experience in handling payroll, preferably in-house payrollCandidate with HR generalist experience will be an added advantagePossess high level of integrity, good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levelsBeing a good team player in supporting other team members to complete the tasks in a timely and accurate mannerFull-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, KLWorking Hours (fully on-site)
Monday - Thursday : 9.00 am pm
Friday : 9.00 am pm
Saturday (Alternate) : 9.00 am pm
