Overview

We are Hiring : Technical Support Engineer! We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Kulim, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge to assist our clients with their IT needs and ensure smooth operations.

Location & Role

Location : Kulim, Malaysia

Work Mode : Work From Office / Site

About the company

A global manufacturer of high-end printed circuit boards and IC substrates, with a state-of-the-art facility in Kulim focused on advanced packaging and microelectronics production.

Responsibilities

Provide after-sales service and technical support to key clients in Malaysia, including on-site assistance when needed.
Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support for company products, guide customers on product applications, and solve technical issues that arise during usage.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (or equivalent qualification).

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in semiconductor or PCB testing equipment is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn.

Possess a valid driving license and able to travel for work.

Willing to attend a one-month training in Dongguan, China after joining.
