Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches, or Exhibitions. Handling new customer leads on daily basic Stay at show house sometime back to office for documentations To ensure high level and customer satisfaction on our property. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media and email. Plan and execute other type of marketing such as joining fair, distribute template and other type of marketing strategies. To liase with prospect, bankers & solicitor Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build and manage relationships. Qualifications

Possess Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Property Development / Real Estate Management or Business Studies is preferred. Experience in the Sales field (experience in Property Development Industry is an added advantage.) Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels. High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language with excellent organization and communication skills.
