Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Must be fluent in the Malay language
  • Experience in telemarketing / sales is a strong advantage

    • Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products / services and assess their needs.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach plans.
  • Meet monthly sales goals to support company growth objectives.
  • Maintain high service standards during client interactions.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase tailored products / solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage the sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
