Position Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining the store's overall appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Service : Greet and assist customers, providing tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
• Sales : Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Merchandising : Maintain a clean and visually appealing store by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and arranging displays.
• Transactions : Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Feedback : Gather customer feedback to improve the shopping experience and share insights with management.
