Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, drivers, challenges, and customer needs to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Define strategic product plans and identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuation.
- Develop and execute product launch and market introduction strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare technical, marketing, and sales documentation to support product promotion.
- Review new product requests and evaluate competitor offerings, pricing, and industry standards.
- Maintain regular communication with regional teams and headquarters to align on strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement product strategies and tactics.
- Lead product launch / change processes including readiness, logistics, pricing, and communication.
- Support product training for internal teams and partners.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical, or HVAC Engineering.At least 3 - 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.Strong knowledge of HVAC, hydronic, and controls systems.Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region.Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please kindly click the APPLY button below or send in your updated resume to
