About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager who’s bold, strategic, and execution-driven. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead digital campaigns, manage creative assets, drive lead generation, and directly influence property sales.
We want someone who can think outside the box, solve real business problems, and continuously improve their game — not someone who just runs ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, WhatsApp, roadshows, and community events
- Generate quality leads and drive bookings for landed home developments
- Create or guide content production (videos, brochures, social posts) to support campaigns
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead-to-viewing and viewing-to-booking rates
- Set up and manage CRM flows, WhatsApp automation, and lead nurturing journeys
- Monitor and reduce CPL, improve engagement, and increase campaign ROI
- Run competitor research, positioning studies, and pricing analysis to sharpen strategy
- Lead event execution and offline promotions
- Track campaign performance and share actionable reports weekly
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in property development or real estateProven ability to run performance marketing and drive results (Meta / Google ads)Strong understanding of buyer psychology, especially middle-income family segmentsExperienced in working with CRM tools (e.g., SAM) and WhatsApp-based lead follow-upsCreative eye and attention to detail – you care about content qualityComfortable with occasional weekend events or urgent campaign launchesHighly driven, low ego, solutions-focusedLoves testing new ideas and improving past campaignsTo proceed with your application, please take a moment to answer the following 2 questions based on your personal experience and in your own words, WITHOUT RELYING ON ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE tools.
