An Sales coordinator executive under Sales Department is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another from customer order to delivery.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way from customer order until the delivery.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Plan, arrange and monitor the daily delivery schedule in effective way.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory status, and client communications.
  • Prepare and review quotations, sales reports, and other related documentation.
  • Support sales team with market research, lead tracking, and customer relationship management.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM or equivalent certificate.
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
  • Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen.
  • Candidates with integrity and able to handle confidential matters.
  • Candidates with positive attitude to learn and execute.'

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
