Sales Coordinator

Penerangan pekerjaanProficiency in written and verbal communication in both Mandarin and English. Fluency in other languages is highly advantageous. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. A professional and presentable appearance, with a strong focus on social acumen and representation skills. Prior experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous. Willing to travel overseas for business meetings, expos and exhibitions. (frequent)
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads & service existing accounts.
- Conduct sales presentation & solution demonstration to prospects and leads.
- Follow up sales enquiries and prospects, prepare sales quotations & proposals and responses to clients’ requests and Request For Proposal (RFP).
- Highly motivated and responsible to achieve business targets as defined by superior.
- Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Build up customers and prospects.
- Manage and grow the sales opportunity pipeline.
- Diversity and adaptability in all country or culture (Traveling 7-14 days monthly basis).
