Senior Finance Executive (Full Set of Accounts / Management Reporting)
ClearSK Healthcare Pte Ltd operates the ClearSK group of clinics franchised aesthetic and wellness centers across Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur. As we expand into bio-regenerative healthcare and prepare for an IPO, we are strengthening our finance team. This entry-level role offers hands‑on exposure to group operations and AI‑enabled finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities.
- Handle month‑end closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly management reports and assist in quarterly statutory submissions.
- Support audit schedules and tax / GST filings.
- Build and automate Excel templates or simple financial models.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams on inter‑company transactions.
