JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable / receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Update sales report daily, check discount, CN and void bill, and ensure that collection records and sales reports are accurate.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist with tax audits.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Must possess LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or any relevant courses.Minimum 3-year experience in handling full set of accounts, financial reporting preferably experienced in retail industries.Must have knowledge of AutoCount system.Proficient in computer applications mainly Microsoft Excel.Positive working attitude, detailed, responsible and committed.Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.Ability to learn quickly and apply relevant knowledge.Ability to work in a team environment.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
