Overview
We are looking for an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & logistics function within the company, reporting to the Chief Operation Officer
Responsibilities
- Daily issuing of delivery orders and sales invoices
 - Following up on stocks and inventory
 - Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers
 - Maintaining new items
 - Issuing of credit notes / debit notes
 - Organize and file daily / monthly documents
 - Assist in monthly stock take
 - Prepare full set of monthly accounts and maintain proper accounting documentations
 - Manage day-to-day operating activities
 - Liaise with external parties e.g. auditors, tax consultants and company secretary when necessary
 - Perform AP and AR functions
 - Prepare monthly payroll and staff claims
 - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in AccountingProficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL accounting systems is an added advantageFluency in written and spoken Mandarin is required; proficient in English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to work independently with limited supervisionFast learner and willing to grow with the companyAt least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related fieldTeam player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEntry level with the right attitude are welcomeWORKING HOURS : 5.5 days, alternate Saturday Off
Monday - Friday (08 : 30am – 05 : 30pm)
Saturday (08 : 30am – 12 : 30pm)
