Job Descriptions :

  • Identify and recruit affiliates / KOLs on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram.
  • Negotiate terms, onboard partners, and manage long-term relationships.
  • Plan and run campaigns end-to-end : briefs, content approvals, launch.
  • Organize and execute affiliate-related events and activations.
  • Track and optimize performance metrics to hit revenue targets.
  • Spot and test emerging social-commerce trends in Malaysia / SEA.
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams for integrated launches.
  • Handle any related marketing tasks as needed to meet evolving business priorities.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (intern / full-time).
  • Sharp communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with analytics and reports.
  • Self-starter who thrives on fast execution and measurable results.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee / Lazada affiliate programs, or influencer marketing tools is an added advantage.
